PJ Book Bash 2026 (formerly Books Alive!)

 

Mark your calendar for March 9th from 6:30-8pm for PJ Book Bash! PJ Book Bash is one of Lower Gwynedd's largest FREE events!!! We are excited to bring it back this year with a few new additions!

 

The evening starts with two story time sessions for all students. Following story time students are able to choose "new to them books" from all of the donations we have received. At that time they will also be able to participate in literature/reading based crafts, use their raffle tickets to win from more than 10 amazing raffles baskets and take pictures at our photo station!!!

 

Parents please start to save any books you are ready to pass on for your child to take into school. Book donation days will be March 4, 5, 6 and 9 before school. If you have very large donations that you feel you cannot send with your child please contact karen Beck or Jacki Lembeck to arrange for a special pick up time.

Wiss Night at the Philly Union

The Wissahickon Elementary Schools are once again partnering with the Philadelphia Union on three district nights out this season! Families can purchase tickets for the Saturday matches on April 18^th vs. DC United, May 2^nd vs. Nashville, and May 16^th vs. Columbus!
