Art Show

We would love some extra hands to hang up this year's art show and also help to take it down. It will be a bit smaller this year. We are only showcasing one art piece per student, with the exception of 5th grade students who will each have two pieces in the show. Contact msoto@wsdweb.org with any questions. Where can I find volunteer openings?

Do all Volunteer roles requires full clearances?

No! Volunteers who work with students during the school day (lunch and recess, library, field trips, etc) require full clearances, but we have many opportunities outside of school for volunteers to get involved! 

 

 

how do i obtain clearances?

 

Please review the process for obtaining and submitting clearances here. 

 

All volunteers are required to fill out two forms each school year: 

 

LGE and HSA Volunteer Expectations - Required for all LGE Parent Volunteers

WSD Volunteer Disclosure Form - Required for all WSD Volunteers

 

How do i get reimbursed for purchases i made while volunteering?

You may fill out the electronic form for reimbursement. 

 

Please note, we will only reimburse purchases that have been pre-approved by the HSA board.
