The HSA manages most of the volunteer opportunities at LGE.

 

Where can I find volunteer openings?

Do all Volunteer roles requires full clearances?

No! Volunteers who work with students during the school day (lunch and recess, library, field trips, etc) require full clearances, but we have many opportunities outside of school for volunteers to get involved! 

 

 

how do i obtain clearances?

All volunteers are required to fill out two forms each school year: 

 

LGE and HSA Volunteer Expectations - Required for all LGE Parent Volunteers

WSD Volunteer Disclosure Form - Required for all WSD Volunteers

 

How do i get reimbursed for purchases i made while volunteering?

For pre-approved purchases, you can submit an HSA Check Request Form for reimbursement. Please note, we will only reimburse purchases that have been pre-approved by the HSA board.
